1. General Information

 

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We offer shipping services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to select international destinations.

• UAE Shipping: We deliver to all seven Emirates within 1-2 working days. See table below for estimated delivery time for remote areas.

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are based on the destination of your order.

Note on International Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

 

4. Order Processing Time

 

Order processing refers to the time it takes to prepare your watch for shipment.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

 

5. Shipping Methods and Delivery

 

We use reputable local and international courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your watch.

• UAE Deliveries: We primarily use Century Express Courier Services (https://centuryexpress.me/)
• International Deliveries: We use DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

 

5.1 Estimated Delivery Times

 

• UAE: Delivery is typically completed within the timeframes specified above after the order is processed.
• International: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance.

 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for customers within the United Arab Emirates for orders up to a maximum value of AED 2,000.00.

• For COD orders, payment must be made in the exact amount shown on the order confirmation upon delivery.

 

7. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

8. Shipping Issues

 

8.1 Lost or Damaged Items

 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [Insert Customer Service Email] and provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

8.2 Incorrect Shipping Address

 

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will do our best to correct it. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it, and you may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
