Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through TimeSouq.AE (URL: https://timesouq.ae), which is owned and operated by UKS International Trading (FZE).

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your watch, you may return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

1.1 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Condition: The watch must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, protective plastics, tags, box, manuals, and warranty cards must be included and intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

We cannot accept returns for any item that shows signs of wear, sizing, alteration, or damage.

2. Items Excluded from Return

The following items are exempt from our standard return policy:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.
  • Products that have been personalized, customized, or engraved.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless specified otherwise).
  • Gift cards.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at timesouq.ae@gmail.com,  with the following information:
  • Your Order Number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • A photograph of the watch showing it is in unworn condition (optional, but helpful).
  1. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the watch. Do not send an item back without an RMA number.
  2. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the watch, including the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective on arrival), TimeSouq.AE / UKS International Trading (FZE) will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  1. Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.

  • Inspection and Approval: If the watch meets all eligibility criteria (unworn, complete packaging, etc.), your refund will be processed.
  • Processing Time: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within  7-10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to post to your account is subject to your bank’s policies.

Note on Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, please follow the return process (Section 3) to return your original item for a full refund, and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest and most efficient process for you.

6. Warranty and Defective Items

All watches sold by TimeSouq.AE are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty typically covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by the user, battery replacement, or loss/theft.

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect:

  1. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at timesouq.ae@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
  3. We will guide you through the process of filing a warranty claim or arranging a replacement, if applicable.
